You will need:

  • Seasonal fruit & citrus
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of brandy ot Cointreau 
  • 1 bottle of dry, crisp white wine
  • Sparkling water 
  • Fresh mint to garnish

To make:

  1. Add fruit, & sugar to a pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon
  2. Add brandy or cointreau & muddle again to combine
  3. Allow the fruit to soak for an hour or two, then add the chilled wine & top with sparkling water
  4. Garmish with fresh fruit & mint leaves before serving.
